Description

We are currently recruiting for a hard-working office administrator for a publishing company in Solihull with an impressive range of student magazine titles and events, which reach almost every college in the UK.

You will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who is capable of working in a thriving office, but you will also be expected to work alone.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the general admin duties of the office departments (sales, editorial, design and events)
  • Updating and maintaining our Zoho CRM system
  • Updating the sales board
  • Chasing editorial content Ordering office stationery supplies
  • Typing up online quizzes Liaising with couriers and printers
  • Organising mailshots Booking college visits
  • Calling colleges and apprentices to confirm attendees and chasing application forms
  • Attending company events with the team

Key skills required:

  • Proven experience in an office administrative role
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise work Impeccable attention to detail T
  • eam-player who can work on their own Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • Previous experience of CRM systems is preferred but not essential

The hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm

This a full time position starting from September 2019 to March 2020 potentially leading to a permanent role for the right candidate

A full, clean driving licence is preferable.
