Security Door Installer Carpenter Fitter

£700 – £900 per week
Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate Start

An established security systems manufacturer based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Security Door Installer / Carpenter Fitter to join their team.

The Role

• Installation of wooden and metal security doors, frames, trims, and associated equipment
• Repair and remedial work on security doors
• Working from drawings, written instructions, and verbal briefs
• Completing installation sign-off paperwork
• Attending customer sites and explaining operation and maintenance
• UK-wide travel with the possibility of up to two nights away per week (most jobs completed same day)

Requirements

• Experience in security door installation or site-based carpentry/installation work
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 5:00pm (early starts may be required)
• Overtime available
