  • By visiting our clients we find out what they want, so we can deliver on time and as briefed. 
  • All applicants paper work is checked to confirm they have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Interviews are conducted using a structured process to ensure they have the right skills, attitude and motivation for the job.
  • Candidates are tested at the necessary level for the job – from dexterity tests and the ability to follow instructions, to working efficiency and personal profile analysis PPA’s.
  • Whenever possible we select local people so they can get quickly and easily to the job.
  • References on the applicants are taken objectively with previous employers.
