Yes. We provide temporary cover, temp-to-perm solutions, and permanent recruitment. For permanent placements, we operate a Petty Cash Recruitment Scheme where placement fees are spread over 20 weekly instalments, making recruitment cost-effective for your business.

We recruit across engineering, manufacturing, industrial, warehousing and administration sectors. Roles include CNC machinists, welders, fabricators, press operators, production engineers, maintenance engineers, forklift drivers, warehouse operatives, assembly workers, office administrators and customer service roles. We spend time listening, researching and fully understanding your company's needs, culture, and the job to be filled. You only see the best candidates who can demonstrate the right experience and skills. We never disclose your company name without consent, and if we don't fill your vacancy, you don't pay anything. We can often provide temporary staff at short notice day or night. We take workers to the site beforehand so they can see the job and discuss the role. We meet them on site on their first day and check in at the end of the day to make sure both parties are happy.

Our permanent placement fees are spread over 20 weekly instalments so your business can pay recruitment costs out of petty cash. If a candidate leaves during the 20-week period, your payments stop. This protects your business from substantial one-off recruitment fees and could save thousands of pounds.

Yes. Our CV Builder is free to use and doesn't require registration. It guides you through building a professional CV step by step, and you'll receive it as both a PDF and a Word document by email. There is no charge for this service.

We place candidates in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, warehousing and office-based roles from CNC machinists and welders to warehouse operatives and office administrators. We pay temporary staff on Wednesdays. This means any pay issues are picked up quickly mid-week rather than at the end of the week.

If you've been made redundant, we can help format your CV and coach you through the job search process.

It depends on the role. Some employers provide PPE, while others expect you to have your own safety boots. We'll let you know what's needed before you start any assignment.
