• The temporary worker is taken to the site to show them the job before they start. This gives them and our customers the opportunity to discuss the role.
• We pay temporary staff on Wednesdays, which our temporary workers appreciate. It means we pick up pay issues quickly mid-week.
• We pick up temporary workers and take them to our clients, at short notice day or night.
• We meet the temporary worker on site when they start work, and liaise with them and the client at the end of the first day to make sure both parties are happy.
• We invoice for the hours worked and nothing more - our fees are totally transparent.
