Shown the job first
We take each worker to your site to see the role before day one, so everyone can discuss it up front.
Paid every Wednesday
Temps are paid mid-week, so any pay queries get spotted and sorted quickly rather than dragging on.
Transport sorted
We collect workers and get them to you at short notice, day or night, so cover never falls through.
There on day one
We meet the worker on site at the start, then check in with you both at the end of the first day to make sure it is a good fit.
Only the hours worked
We invoice for the hours worked and nothing more. Our fees are totally transparent.

Candidate screening
- We visit your site, so we know exactly what you need and can deliver as briefed.
- Every applicant's paperwork is checked to confirm their legal right to work in the UK.
- Structured interviews confirm the right skills, attitude and motivation for the job.
- Candidates are tested to the level the job needs, from dexterity and following instructions to efficiency and personal profile analysis (PPA).
- Where possible we pick local people who can reach the job quickly and easily.
- References are taken objectively from previous employers.
Onboarding
- Workers are properly prepared before they start, through our understanding of your company and the role.
- Every candidate completes a workplace health and safety induction, including manual handling.
- Full worker details reach you before they arrive: passport copy, proof of address, photo, certificates, CV, references and emergency contacts.
- We confirm the rate of pay with the worker and make sure it meets their expectations.
Administration
- Rates are confirmed in writing before any assignment begins.
- We can pay temps immediately when they need it.
- We invoice from a signed timesheet, which keeps paperwork simple.
- Our week ends on a Friday, making timesheets easy to complete and return.
- A bespoke system tracks every temporary worker for full compliance.
Additional services
- Our own receptionist or administrator can cover a key role at very short notice.
