Inbound Sales Role – No Cold Calling
An established and growing company is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales and customer service experience who enjoys converting enquiries into sales while delivering a high level of customer support.
All enquiries are inbound, meaning you will be dealing with warm leads from customers already interested in the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and emails, converting enquiries into sales
- Advise customers on products and services to meet their needs
- Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise order value
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Consultants
- Carry out quality checks on quotations before sending to customers
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records using the internal CRM system
- Follow up enquiries and build strong customer relationships
- Assist with invoice chasing and order progression
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident handling inbound enquiries and closing sales
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
