Inbound Sales Role – No Cold Calling

An established and growing company is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales and customer service experience who enjoys converting enquiries into sales while delivering a high level of customer support.

All enquiries are inbound, meaning you will be dealing with warm leads from customers already interested in the product.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls and emails, converting enquiries into sales
  • Advise customers on products and services to meet their needs
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise order value
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Consultants
  • Carry out quality checks on quotations before sending to customers
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records using the internal CRM system
  • Follow up enquiries and build strong customer relationships
  • Assist with invoice chasing and order progression

 

Requirements
